Frieda’s frozen yogurt tastes creamy and delicious but you can eat it guilt free because it is 100% fat free and has nothing artificial added. It is also gluten free, GMO free and is Halal accredited. A typical 100 ml serving, eaten plain, is less than 80 kcal.
So what is in our yogurt? That’s simple; only British milk, beet sugar and natural stabilisers (carob gum, pectin, xanthan gum, guar gum and carrageenan). Nothing artificial is added.

Frieda’s can be eaten plain or with our delicious toppings.
Our toppings include a selection of healthy choices like fresh strawberries, kiwi, raspberries, bananas or pineapple, served with or without coulis or syrups.
Our most popular choices include:
Fruit burst – just piles of fresh fruit;
Banoffee – fresh bananas with caramel;
Strawberry Tutti Frutti – fresh strawberries with coulis;
Pina Colada – pineapple with flakes of toasted coconut; and
Granola with maple syrup.
We also offer a few naughty choices too, including crushed Oreos with chocolate sauce and Rocky road with caramel sauce.
